New England Retail Properties announced Monday it has sold a 4.5-acre commercial property in Middletown hosting a Tractors Supply Co. store for $5.8 million. The sale of the property at 815 Newfield St. has not yet been logged into city records. New England Retail Properties declined to disclose the buyer.
