Western Illinois University Art Professor Bill Howard has been named the 2023 WIU Homecoming Parade Grand Marshal. WIU will celebrate Homecoming 2023 Friday-Saturday, Oct. 13-14 with the theme "Rocky’s Got Game: Let’s Win Together." The parade begins on the Macomb Square at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14 and will conclude in front of the Alumni House on Adams Street.

The long-awaited WIU Mega Reunion is finally here! Join Macomb and Western Illinois University to celebrate the reunion unlike any other Friday-Sunday, Sept. 8-10.

Western Illinois University has partnered with the Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce, Spoon River College and the Macomb School District to host the Downtown Block Party from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25 in Chandler Park, just north of the Macomb Square.

The parade begins on the Macomb Square at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22.
