The Armed Forces of the Philippines welcomes 310 new officers into its fold

Cadet First Class Warren Leonor, the top graduate of the Philippine Military Academys (PMA) Madasigon Class of 2023, remembered his batchmates Cadet Darwin Dormitorio and Cadet Mario Telan Jr., on their graduation day.

The 22-year-old son of a retired Philippine Air Force technical sergeant from Lipa City, Batangas topped the Philippine Military Academy Madasigon (Mandirigmang may Dangal Simbolo ng Galing at Pagbangon) Class of 2023.
