January 18, 2021 Ingram Publishing/Thinkstock A Santa Rosa woman will serve time behind bars for driving away after a fatal crash. Nancy Serrano was sentenced over the weekend to three years in state prison for the accident that killed a bicyclist in Sonoma on June 5th of last year. Her car hit a man riding a bike on Highway 12 near Madrone Road, and she drove away. Serrano later contacted police and confessed that she was the driver of the car that killed the victim. Quick Links
