Chp expects to have the scene cleared between 9 00 and 10 00 this morning which is far into the commute. Lets get a live look now. You can see crews have managed to upright the tractor trailer truck involved in the incident. The trailer still on its side and blocking one lane of traffic possibly two. We see that looks like three lanes of south bound traffic along 880 are still shut down at this time. Two lanes of the north bound traffic through hayward shut down at this time.
