THE names of two young Bradford men killed in the Korean conflict are to be added to the citys war memorial.

Corporal David F. Kenehan, 19, who was from Thornbury, died in 1953.  Corporal Kenehans name on the memorial A newspaper clipping from the time reported he joined the 1st battalion, Duke of Wellington’s Regiment, in October 1951. He served six months in Germany and was posted to Korea in September 1952.  The paper reported: “A National Service man, he was due to return home at the end of the year.
