MANSEHRA: Five children, two of them brothers, drowned in separate incidents in Kandia valley of Upper Kohistan on Friday. Talking to reporters, Malik Umar, a local elder, said the first incident occurred in Mershahi area when three children, two of them brothers, fell into the Kandia River while crossing a wooden bridge.
