Meagan Dare was raised on the buzz of tattoo guns and the "biker dude" atmosphere of her fathers traditional street shop. She moved from Blue Ridge, Georgia, to Chattanooga two years ago, deciding to bring her second-generation tattooing to the Scenic City.
