No injuries, no equipment damage from fire at Perham Resource Recovery Facility
Three employees present at the scene of the fire were credited for their quick thinking; the blaze caused only minimal damage to the waste-to-energy plant. The fire started in a pit area of the facility on Saturday, May 28.
