If you're looking for a new job, more than 100 employers will be attending LEDA's annual job fair Tuesday at the Cajundome Convention Center.

LEDA is hosting a job fair later this month, and although they have more than 100 employers signed up to participate, there's still room for more.

See the list below for school and business closures across Acadiana. This list will be updated as more announcements are made.

The event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to noon on January 25 at the Cajundome Mardi Gras Ballroom, 444 Cajundome Blvd.

In response to continued industry demand, LEDA will host a Health Care Job Fair on Wednesday, January 17 from 9 am to noon at the Cajundome Convention Center.

The LEDA Job Fair on Tuesday, May 9, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Cajundome Convention Center in Lafayette.

To help job-seekers prepare for the fair, three prep sessions are offered as well. They're open to people who are justice-involved, formerly incarcerated and to the public.

The project is expected to retain 77 current jobs and add 54 new indirect jobs for around 94 new jobs total.

With a record-setting December, 2022 exceeded 2021 sales, which also set records for sales in Lafayette Parish.

Applicants should be existing business owners seeking assistance with growth strategies or individuals who have a business idea or who want to turn a hobby or side job into a full-time business.
