Session ends sans Flood Resiliency Trust Fund allocation | Legislative Session

The West Virginia Legislatures special session ended Tuesday without providing an allocation for the states Flood Resiliency Trust Fund created last year. Gov. Jim Justice had previously called for the fund left empty by last years law creating it to be supplied with $50 million by the Legislature but left the matter off his list of legislative items for lawmakers to tackle during the special session that ended Tuesday.
