The Scott County School District 2 was recently in the spotlight for mismanagement of taxpayer dollars, so the board is making changes to save money.

The sheriff said his department cant compete with the pay being offered by surrounding departments.

Dan Dakich offered $5,000 for anyone who could name the player he referred to as a methhead during a 2020 rant. That player came forward on Tuesday.
