Ago. They said they cant get this maintenance vehicle to start. And it is stuck on the tracks between macarthur and 19th street station. That is a terrible spot to have those trains not able to pass through. So basically, everyone trying to get from the east bay to San Francisco, not able to do that, and vice versa.
