A 28-year-old man was charged with first-degree murder in connection with a February 2022 shooting that left a man dead and a woman injured at Portsmouth's Riverwalk Inn.

Marcellus Epps was suspected of a double-shooting at Riverwalk Inn. He's charged with First Degree Murder, Aggravated Malicious Wounding, and Use of a Firearm.
