Carbon farming takes root at Land O'Lakes subsidiary
Truterra, owned by ag giant Land OLakes, launched a carbon program in 2021, paying farmers to adopt other earth-friendly farm practices. Truterra sells those credits to Microsoft in a carbon-offsetting deal.
