An emergency session was called on Tuesday to resolve the matter.

Winston-Salem police said Mario Todd, 27, was arguing with someone he knew at the time he was shot and killed Tuesday.

According to police, officers found 27-year-old Mario Todd with multiple gunshot wounds.
