Mark Augarten will join the organization on No. 14 as chief operating officer of Sage Restaurant Concepts. Under the direction of del Olmo, Augarten will direct operations for the companys portfolio of more than 50 restaurants, bars, coffee shops and entertainment venues across the nation.
