FOOTBALLING legends helped to raise thousands of pounds as a community charity kicked off its summer of fundraising with a day of golf.

BRIGHTON and Hove Albion is providing more than 100 laptops to schoolchildren to help them with home learning during the Covid lockdown. The football club has pledged £25,000 through its Albion As One fund to pay for computers so pupils can log on for lessons, with additional support from the clubs IT supplier Focus Group.
