Residents who rely on the city of Amherst for electricity are voicing concerns about the scheduled power outage Dec. 13. Russ Stone,of North Ridge Road in Amherst Township, said in a letter to Amherst Mayor Mark Costilow that he was upset to hear about the planned outage.
