Mark X. Haley II, 42, listed false employee and payroll information on each application and submitted false documents to banks, IRS investigators say.

Mark X. Haley fraudulently obtained $1,010,581 in PPP funds. He used some of the funds to make a down payment on a sailboat.

The in-market deal marks the sixth roll-up by MAI since it was purchased by Galway Insurance Holdings in the second half of 2021.
