Jarden logged a jump in fees from deals it has won, while navigating a number of changes at its executive levels after two founders exited in recent months.

Senior executives from UniSuper, UBS and Macquarie Wealth have officially launched Playfair Asset Management to support superannuation funds.

Playfair was on Friday circulating details to potential clients, with a leadership team led by Dane FitzGibbon, one of the founders of the bank in Australia.

Jarden Australia CEO Robbie Vanderzeil is set to step up to chairman of the trans-Tasman investment bank and advisory house, and will be replaced by a pair of his senior bankers.
