A logistics firm has leased industrial space in Otay Mesa to expand its border operations, according to local real estate brokers.

Vidal Corp. has signed a five-year lease on an Otay Mesa industrial building. The cross-border logistics company has leased a 31,360 square-foot building at 8175 Andrews Ave. in Majestic Sunroad Center.
