Over 50 percent of the United States and parts of Canada, may run out of electricity this winter.

The transit agency has said it was unaware of public relations specialist Grecia Figueroa's communications with and allegations against board chair Nathan Fletcher when it fired her early last year.

The Metropolitan Transit System released a report Thursday it commissioned to review what its leaders knew about a relationship between one of its employees and its board chair when they decided to fire that employee.
