A Rehoboth man shot by Bristol, R.I., police last week was arraigned Monday on felony charges for allegedly chasing two women and ramming their vehicle outside the police station.

The Bristol Police Department on Tuesday released surveillance camera footage from an incident that occurred on Thursday, Oct. 12 involving the police shooting of a suspect who followed two college students from Colt State Park while completely naked.

Mark Rinn, the man shot by Bristol police, was charged with four counts of assault with a dangerous weapon.
