Gerald Bennett has been ordered to stand trial on a kidnapping charge. Bennett was previously found incompetent but evidence revealed he was faking symptoms to avoid trial.

Xylazine has been seized in 48 states, including Ohio. Drug traffickers are mixing the animal tranquilizer with fentanyl creating deadly consequences.
