SWAT in East Grand Forks arrest man after alleged shots fired incident
(East Grand Forks, MN) -- A man is in custody after shots were fired in East Grand Forks Sunday morning. Police say Marko Ruot barricaded himself in an apartment. He later surrendered after SWAT team negotiators were brought in. No one was hurt. Charges against Ruot are pending.
