Court intervenes, delaying hearing of former state N.H. state senator accused of spending COVID relief money
Andy Sanborn, owner of the Concord Casino, filed a civil complaint Thursday against the New Hampshire Lottery Commission arguing his due process was being violated and that he needed more time to prepare his defense. A court hearing is now scheduled for Oct. 20
