Jan 11, 2021 U.S. Marshalls and state police have arrested a Rochester man who has been wanted since two men were shot storming his apartment on September 25th. Rochester Police say 25-year-old Markus Boone shot and killed Marcus Patterson and wounded the second man when they kicked in his door on Emerson Street.
