As a Westerville Central High School senior, Donovan Lewis was drawn to Angie Thomas’ novel “The Hate U Give.” At age 20, his life became the book.

MANSFIELD -- Pam Williams owned a funeral home in Mansfield for four decades, finally selling her family-owned business in 2021.

The funeral for Donovan Lewis, the 20-year-old man fatally shot by a Columbus police officer earlier this week, is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 10.
