Movala features two concrete towers of 10 and 14-storeys that sit on a three-storey parking podium. Local architecture firms Meiklejohn and Gibbs Gage have created a modern design with a dramatic step-back configuration.

Located roughly 15 minutes outside Kelowna in Lake Country, the project comprises 44 three-storey townhomes.

“You get natural light passing through the house, from sunrise all the way until sunset,” says Shelter Residential Designs Mark Simone.
