Leading American manufacturer of non-stop unwind/splice and rewind technology, Martin Automatic, has appointed Tekaxess, headed by Gaëtan de Charry, to take over responsibility for sales in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Africa, and the Middle East – markets formerly served by Martin’s Southern Europe sales manager Ed Pittman, who has retired after 22 years with the company.  

One of the Czech Republic’s largest label converters Colognia press a.s. has continued its investment in Martin Automatic technology with an MBSF unwind splicer and LRD rewinder with slitting capability fitted to its new Gallus Labelmaster 440 press at Kolin, some 70km east of Prague.
