Martin Mobarak, a Mexican-Lebanese businessman based in Miami, in July set fire to a $10 million Frida Kahlo sketch, as part of a stunt to sell 10,000 NFTs of the drawing for $4,000 each.

It’s tough to profit in the struggling market of blockchain assets right now. Burning a purported drawing from Frida Kahlo’s personal diary didn’t help a businessman’s cause.

People are outraged.

It may or may not be a real drawing. But the party thrown for the burning was very real, and it's documented on YouTube.
