CODY, Wyo. (AP) — Former Wyoming Senate President Henry ‘Hank’ Coe has died at age 74. A Republican from Cody, Coe was first elected to the Wyoming Senate in 1988. Besides serving as Senate president from 2001-2002, Coe was chairman of the Senate Education Committee from 2003-2020 and played a key role in major decisions involving public education. Coe decided in March not to seek re-election. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in November and died Thursday at home with his children ...
