about a deadly shark attack in cape cod, massachusetts this weekend. a 26-year-old engineering student died after a shock bit him while boogie boarding. it has a horrific scene. there were many people in the water at that time. so everyone was screaming to get out, get out. there is a shark. and someone had been bitten. and that is how we knew something horrible had happened. the man was bleeding from his legs. sandra: this was the state s first fatal shark attack in more than 80 years. the beach remains closed until further notice. and to this breaking news coming into our newsroom now as a matter of fact. supreme court nominee brett kavanaugh is issuing a new statement moments ago after a woman came forward accusing him of sexual misconduct decades ago. his confirmation vote is supposed to be thursday of this week. let s bring in america s newsroom a-team mary ann
