Fund departments may mead extra Staff Members to do various things. I think people have been doing more with less and that works for a while but after some period of time people cant do more without having more and they are all stressed out. We may need more resources for the clerks office. Perhaps some other general fund departments. I do agree with the clerks recommendations that were on that slide that i cant see right now.
