Michigan, saturday evening, made his First Court Appearance monday. Jason brian dalton was arraigned on six counts of murder, two counts of assault with intent to commit murder and eight firearms charges. He was denied bale. Police arrested dalton early sunday after they say he killed six people over seven hours at three different locations. Two others were wounded. Prosecutors say it appears all of the victims were random. Jenna trinity rail, a rail car maintenance company, has pulled the plug on a proposed more than 30 Million Dollar project in sioux city.
