The Chicago Bears are not wasting time in trying to fill the vacant offensive coordinator job after firing Luke Getsy the previous day.

The Ryan Poles-Matt Eberflus joint press conference was two days ago and I'm still trying to process the decision-making that led to the Chicago Bears firing Offensive Coordinator Luke Getsy and all but two members of the offensive coaching staff while also retaining Head Coach Matt Eberflus.

All the man has to do is lead the Bears to 16 “Ws” in 2024 and his record will be above .500.

The Chicago Bears are making changes. Not the changes that many anticipated, but changes nonetheless.
