WATERTOWN — Real estate developer Jake Johnson has acquired another piece of property, this time the Clinton Court apartments for $3.5 million.

WATERTOWN — Jacob “Jake” Johnson learned a lot from his mentor and how he built up his portfolio of real estate properties in and around the city. Now, Mr. Johnson and his mentor, Brian H.
