Like DEI, CRT, and other features of the collective hysteria, the call for reparations has begun to fall apart under intense opposition by the American people, said analyst Mike​​​​ Gonzalez.

Task force members Maurice Weeks and Executive Committee Co-Chair Lauren Hood both announced their resignations at the body's latest meeting.

Almost a year after it was established, Detroit's reparations task force is in chaos after two members resigned and another passed away.

The task force is less than a year old.

One of the sticking points that drove the move was exactly what reparations looks like.

“You know after Rev. JoAnn Watson passed, things just started to fall apart,” Waters said. “And I haven’t personally monitored it. My staff has been going to the various meetings."

Two members of Detroit's reparations task force announced they would be stepping down on Saturday, citing the lack of a "broad strategic vision" and overall progress.
