iPhone 14 Pro Max production is found to cost 46% of its base retail price per unit
A new bill of materials (BoM) analysis for the iPhone 14 series has concluded that the unit cost of manufacturing these new flagships has grown by ~20% compared to that of its 13-series counterparts. Most of this increased expense is laid at the A16 Bionic processors door in this new report, although the new 14 Pro and Pro Max cameras havent helped either.
