Max Lifchitz marks the Cinco de Mayo Holiday on Sunday afternoon May 5 performing a recital featuring piano music by Mexican composers from the 20th and 21st centuries.

The North/South Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Max Lifchitz will continue its 44th consecutive season on Friday evening, February 23 performing a free admission concert performing four works new to New York by composers from Argentina and the US.

The North/South Chamber Orchestra presents an evening of new music for strings, featuring works by composers from England, Germany, Italy, and the US.

Conductor Max Lifchitz leads the ensemble in works by Bill Apollo Brown, Leonard Mark Lewis, Deon Nielsen Price and Lifchitz.

On Monday evening March 14, 2022, the award-winning Venezuelan American soprano Maria Brea joins forces with pianist Max Lifchitz for an intimate recital featuring music from Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and the US. Included will be music by Miguel Astor, Harry Bulow, Hector Campos-Parsi, Antonio Estevez, Max Lifchitz, Sheli Nan, William Ortiz, Joseph Rivers and Joel Eric Suben.
