The Valley Park Board of Aldermen voted to approve a new budget this week, avoiding further shutdowns of city services experienced earlier this month.

The Board of Aldermen did not approve a budget so city services and city hall was closed.

Springdale City Council will hold a special meeting Wednesday to discuss and vote on a major redevelopment plan for Tri-County Mall. The mall has been plagued by vacancies for years.
