Oklahoma is in tornado season for a bit longer — and so far this year, it’s been pretty busy.

According to the Oklahoma Climatological Survey’s Mesonet, both Cleveland and McClain Counties have already broken records for the number of tornadoes in a calendar year.

Accidental overdose deaths in Cleveland County, particularly among men who use synthetic drugs, continue to climb, the county health department reported Wednesday.

This is the 20th COVID-19 death from Chickasha since the pandemic began.  Chickasha has had 1,517 cases and 1,376 recoveries. Grady County has had 3,446 cases, 3,100 recoveries and 34 deaths.
