Especially with s.w.a.t. vehicles. it indicates there is not an active search for a second gunman. theres a lot to sort out which is why you havent heard anything in terms of mead presentation. they want to provide as much information as possible. the first information is usually not accurate. you get a lot of information but it takes a minute to sort through it where you have concrete information that you can pass along to the public. thats probably what you see happening now. >> just to reset....
