Think this is. martha: the administration says this applies to the mini med plans. there are lots of workers in restaurants and hotels who have a mini med plan which is sort of like a health insurance light kind of program and it doesnt cover a lot. it gives people a minimum coverage of what they feel they need. those plans dont meet the requirements that you now in place, so instead of those people losing any bit of coverage that they might have at this point they are saying, lets have a waiver...
