Cody Ryan Sander, 30, was sentenced to serve 21 months in prison and ordered to pay more than $8,600 in restitution after being convicted on an amended felony charge of receiving stolen property.
Nickolas William Hurd, 37, was sentenced to serve 105 months in prison after pleading guilty to felony first-degree drug sale in Meeker County District Court. Hurd was also convicted of a first-degree drug possession charge in a separate Meeker County case and sentenced to 107 months.
Refugio Kooky Muniz III, originally charged as Refujio Kooky Schorn, of Watkins, was sentenced to serve a concurrent 32-month prison sentence for a domestic assault in Meeker County. He was incarcerated Nov. 2, 2022, for another felony domestic assault conviction in Stearns County.

SWAT teams from several agencies responded, and he eventually surrendered. Officers found evidence in the home that they believe indicates the man fired in the direction of law enforcement.
