Cherokee Area Council, BSA Youth Earns Eagle Scout Rank Tuesday, March 2, 2021 Tae Chaska Brasel, 16, has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank within the Boy Scouts of America program. He is a member of Troop 116 chartered to Signal Crest United Methodist Church in Signal Mountain, under the direction of Scoutmaster Darien Brevard.
