John Alexander Wall entered a guilty plea when he appeared before Hereford Magistrates Court on December 2. The court heard Wall had been caught driving a Ford Focus in Herefords Bewell Street on May 14. An evidential blood test revealed the 41-year-old had 715 microgrammes of amphetamine and 3.7 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood.
