While Wall Street firms have retrenched from single-family home purchases, traditional buyers are stepping in

Buyers that have traditionally put off their home search until spring or summer may not have to wait to find the best prices, according to Opendoor.

Opendoor has launched homeselling operations in Kansas City, Colorado Springs and Northern Colorado. The iBuyer is nine markets away from its 2021 goal.

The company is expanding the footprint of its direct-to-consumer homebuying platform in California and North Carolina.
