As an attorney and radio host I always talk about, write, and discuss issues revolving around the law. I figured that it was time to write about something that is not law related but something that I have always contemplated yet failed to do an in-depth study. I have always wondered whether it is better for ones mental and physical health to live in the rural or more urban areas? A rural area is what people generally call the country. It is usually a small town with a population that generally makes a living off the land or an individual that lives close to rural farm or ranch community. The rural areas are generally towns and not cities. JOLIET, IL — At 4 p.m. Saturday, the Joliet Police Department issued a news release announcing that detectives have learned that Jeremy Hylka is currently admitted as a patient in a nearby hospital.
"Detectives have been in communication with Mr. Hylka's attorney who has indicated cooperation for Hylka to turn himself in to Joliet Police Detectives upon his release from the hospital," Joliet Police Department spokesman Dwayne English advised. "As of this writing, the release date/time from the hospital is unknown."
